Payments

Customers will receive an invoice within 24 hours of purchasing a vehicle. All invoices must be paid in full by the due date.

Customers that make early payments, within three days of the invoice date, will receive the discounted FOB rate. Customers that pay by the regular due date will be required to pay the regular FOB rate.

Payments can be made by: 1) bank transfers or 2) PayPal.

1. Bank transfer

For bank transfers, payments must be made to the following:

2. PayPal

Contact us for payment details. PayPal usually charges a fee for their service. Japan Auto Connect shall not be responsible for paying these fees. Rather, customers who wish to pay using PayPal are responsible for any fees associated with payments made using PayPal.

An invoice will typically contain the following costs:

• Purchase price of the vehicle.
• Shipping costs to designated port of destination.
• Transport costs to shipping yard / dock (5,000 to 10,000 yen).
• Our FOB / service fee.
